SXJZ Team Completes Customer Service Training

From April 16 to 18, SXJZ sent key team members to a 3-day, 2-night training program in Zhejiang and Jiangsu. The goal? To better understand customer needs and pain points, and find ways to serve you even better.

SXJZ is a motorcycle shock absorber manufacturer and supplier with our own factory in China. In 2025, SXJZ moved into a brand new 20,000-square-meter factory. Today, SXJZ serves over 200 brands. Our belief is simple: understanding real customer problems is the first step to building reliable products.

Here's what the training focused on:

1. Understanding Your Pain Points

We reviewed common customer feedback – poor damping, oil leakage, noise, installation mismatches. This helped our team look at every detail from your perspective.

2. Faster Responses

For inquiries and after-sales issues, our sales and technical team will now provide an initial reply and solution within 24 hours.

3. Better Reliability

We set clear targets: finished product pass rate of 99% or higher, delivery in 15–20 days. For custom orders (colors, logos, packaging, etc.), SXJZ will confirm feasibility and reply within 48 hours.

After returning on April 18, our team has been busy organizing training materials. An internal sharing session is coming up soon. SXJZ will also run small-batch trials based on what we learned, focusing on the issues you care about most.

Since 2011, SXJZ has kept investing in people and facilities. For us, making a good shock absorber means solving real problems for real riders.
