What is your term of payment?

For sample/test order(below USD10,000.00), we accept 100% deposit. For bulk order, we accept 50% deposit, balance paid off before loading.

How to adjust shock stiffness?

Turn the knob clockwise to make the shock stiffer or turn it back counterclockwise to make it softer. Starting at “0” and incrementally stiffening the shock minimizes guesswork so you can truly dial in your ideal performance.

For our common configuration, we will deliver samples in about 10~15 days. For customized sample, it will take about 20~25 days.

For sample, we usually ship by express. For bulk orders, you can choose by express or by sea. If you have shipping agent in China, we can also deliver the goods to the address.
